As part
of the Scottish Executive's programme of events to commemorate the
700th
anniversary of William Wallace’s death they have scheduled some cinema showings of
Braveheart, of which it also happens to be the 10th
anniversary.
The
showings are:
Glasgow Cineworld (ex-UGC) on 23rd August (the date of Wallace’s death)
7:30pm
Edinburgh Cineworld on 11 September (the weekend of the
Wallace
extravaganza) 8:00pm
Stirling MacRobert on 26, 27 & 28 August (marking the end of the week
which marks the 700th
anniversary itself) at 7:30pm
